Today I am going to tell you about, The Cheesecake Factory.

This place is definitely a fabulous place for everything from Sandwiches to fine dining. The minute you
walk in, you will see that you are in no ordinary restaurant. The decorations, atmospheres, fancy art
designs, special lighting and ambiance is superb. It makes you feel like you are dining in some sort of
fantasy, where everything is just perfect and plentiful.

If you are interested in Bars, you have to see this one. It faces the windows looking outward, but has the
bottles being illuminated by the outside light, which makes it look like each bottle is just going to come
alive and hop onto the bar itself. Just a fascinating look, which also has two televisions, keeping you up
to date with all of the latest sports information.

When you are seated to your private table, you get a full sense of what Fine Dining is really about, from
the utensils to the soft light coming from the candle on your table. The minute you sit down, you are
taken away to a special place where you forget about your daily routine, work and normal everyday
monotonous life. Its hard to explain, but its like taking a passage into paradise.

Now for the Menu, which is very large, full and just has a bit of everything you can imagine. From
Salads, Chicken, Steak, Seafood, Pasta, Sandwiches, Burgers and much, much more. It is very
extensive and has something for everyone. No matter what your in the mood for, you can find it here.
Plus, you get a wonderful basket of piping hot, fresh baked, bread in various grains.

After reviewing the menu for a bit of time, so much to look at, we tasted a couple items, the Meatloaf and
the Cuban Sandwich. Now, you probably ask, why did we try the Pressed Warm Cuban, in a Fine Dining
Restaurant. Well, let me explain, being that a Cuban Sandwich is relatively simple to make, there are
not many restaurants that know how to prepare it correctly. We wanted to make sure that we gave them
a well rounded review, and we enjoyed every bit of it.

There is one word that can explain the Cuban Sandwich and that is EXCELLENT, right down to the
pickles. It had the correct amount of finely seasoned Meat, Mustard, Pickles, Cheese, and served warm
on a pressed Baguette. The Cheese was perfectly melted and covered the edges of the bread perfectly.
We had our Choice of Fries or a Salad with it and went with a Nice Salad, which was a Spring mix with a
light Vinaigrette, which was very mild and tasty.

The Meatloaf was Excellent also, with just the right amount of Herbs and seasonings to make your mouth
water till the cows come home. The gravy was light, tasty, and well blended with the correct amount of
ingredients to keep a huge smile on your face while you were eating. It came with a vegetable
Succotash and mashed potatoes with just enough potato skin in it to be visible. Both were very good
and a nice compliment for such a wonderful meal.

Now of course, after eating all of this, you have to wonder how we had dessert? Well, we were full, but
after seeing all those fine looking desserts coming out of the Bakery, you know we had to try it. It would
not have been right to leave without trying such a wonderful dessert and we are glad we did. There is
such a wide variety of Cheesecakes to try, that anyone would have problems trying to choose which one
to order. There are Fruit Cheesecakes, Chocolate Cheesecakes, Peanut Butter Cheesecakes, Oreo
Cookie Cheesecakes, Low Carb Cheesecake and so on. All I can say is, so many Cheesecakes, and so
little time. Plus they have tons of other great desserts too. But since we love Cheesecake, we tried their
Hershey Cheesecake and let me just say one word to describe it, "Heaven."

Overall, The CheeseCake Factory is a Wonderful Dining Experience and Truly a fabulous place to visit.
From everything from Atmosphere, Service, Drinks, Dining, Desserts and more.
If you haven't been, you have to go and try it, we promise once you go, you will be back time after time.
The nice thing about The CheeseCakee Factory is, every time you go, you can experience something
different with such an extensive menu of fabulous foods that will make your taste buds dance all night
long.
