Publix Is Coming To Indian Land
and Tega Cay, South Carolina

When I heard Publix was coming to Indian Land and Tega Cay SC, I was extremely happy.
Why, you ask? Well I will explain in my review and why we need them to come into North Carolina, so
others can experience their great stores too.

Publix is a grocery store that I am well acquainted with and have actually had the opportunity to work
and shop with them for years, as I lived near them years ago. They are a grocery store that seems to
work on making shopping an experienced that is pleasurable. Many years back, their motto actually was,
"Where Shopping is a Pleasure." They have grown from the small sized stores that I used to work at and
grew into Super Stores, which they run today.

The stores work on the premise of keeping the customer first and they do this extremely well. From the
staff that is always there to help you, all the way to the Deli, where you usually do not have a wait. Their
Deli is so large and full of flavorful items, you will think you are in a private delicatessen. They have
enough staff to wait on everyone to minimize any waits, if there are any at all. They by far have one of
the best Delis I have ever been to in a grocery store, not to mention, plenty of staff to run it. The Delis
are a huge draw for customers in the grocery business, but most grocery stores do not have enough
staff to run it, maintain it and service the customers in a timely manner. This is usually where customers
start leaving the store or just avoid the deli all together. If the deli is run correctly, It would be a huge
profit center for the store. Anyhow, when you go into Publix and you see what a huge deli they have,
you will be surprised and do not forget to visit their fabulous bakery. They have an amazingly huge
assortment of baked goods to make your head spin in all directions. So much to look at and to try, you
will have a new dessert for every night of the year.

Now onto the Meat and Seafood section, which is staffed with personnel that are always attentive and
there to help you with anything you need. They make you feel welcome and usually will greet you when
you are browsing their inventory of Steaks, Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Fish, Lobster, Clams and so on.
They have a huge assortment of everything imaginable and their selection always looks delicious and
will make your mouth water just looking at it.

Their Produce area is run in the same manner, lots of beautiful looking fruits and vegetables and a nice
variety of it. They have fresh produce that will keep you coming back time after time. Plus all the
different juices they have in the produce section is wonderful.

Publix Frozen Foods and Dairy Section is extremely large and stocked with everything from A to Z. You
can get just about anything you need in there. Plus there private labeled items taste great too.

Publix does it right from the minute you walk into the store all the way to checkout when they have plenty
of cashiers and baggers to get you out in a timely manner.

The new stores will be opening up in Indian Land, SC off of 521, not far from Sun City Center and also in
Tega Cay. From what we understand, its going to open late 2012 to possibly early 2013. Anyhow, they
are worth the wait and if you live near the new stores, you will see what a pleasure it is shopping at
Publix.

We Wonder, will they cross the border into NC???
